Zach and his wife, Melody, reside in Dogwood, MO.  He has worked in insurance for 5 years and joined the Arnold Insurance team in November of 2015. Some of Zach's favorite ways of plugging into his community are being a member of the Sikeston Jaycees, sponsoring the SEMO Challenger Baseball League, and playing a part in the Charleston Fighting Squirrels Baseball Program.  He also loves the St. Louis Cardinals and Miami Hurricanes.
