Susan has spent over thirty years as an insurance broker working with individuals and businesses to design the most cost effective and comprehensive insurance programs available in the marketplace. She is well versed in all aspects of Personal Insurance, Commercial Insurance, Life Insurance and Employee health benefits.  She has her AIA and CIC certifications and also is certified with AHIP for Medicare Supplements and Part D prescription drug plans.  
Susan grew up in Chesterfield MO outside of St. Louis and graduated from DePauw University in Greencastle, Indiana with a double major in Psychology and Religion.  Shortly after college she joined Bowersox Insurance Agency (BIA) as an Account Executive. Through a couple of more recent company mergers and acquisitions she joined Arnold Insurance in 2021 and now lives in Scottsdale AZ.  

Susan has been married to her husband Dave for 14 years and has two children, Rachel and Drew, who are also in the insurance industry.  She enjoys all the outdoor activities Scottsdale has to offer including biking, hiking, pickleball and golf.
